CHMP Series Powder/Putty Mixer is widely applicable to blend powder+ powder and  powder+ slurry in the fields of dry powder, putty, chemical industry, medicine, foodstuff, complex fertilizer, ceramics, health care products, dyestuff, pigment, rubber, construction materials, milk powder, feeds, additive, cultivation, biological engineering, refined chemicals, refractory, thulium, plastic, glass, new materials and nuclear energy materials, etc. Generally, this machine is used to mix viscous or condensed powder and the powder with liquid and pasty materials. It is especially suitable for mixing materials with high viscosity, difficult cleaning, large capacity and products that doesnt often be changed.

1.Horizontal cylinder structure and unique structure of inside and outside double-layer spiral ribbons. Steady running, reliable quality, low noise, long useful time, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. Various mixing structures are optional. It may realize multi- functional mixing for wide purposes.

2.Under feasible factors, horizontal spiral ribbon mixer won't be influenced by particle size and density and has good mixing effect for viscous materials.

3.Rapid mixing speed, high mixing uniformity. For viscous materials, the spiral ribbons may be installed scrappers to mix thick and pasty materials. 

4.As per various mixing demands for different materials (special materials must be cleaned before using each time), adopt different spiral ribbon structures. 

5.May install flexible gate on the cylinder as per request of customers for convenient cleaning.
