Detailed Product Description

Working Principle:

Classifier together with cyclone separator, dust catcher and draught fan composes a set of classifying system. The materials move to classifying area at high speed from the bottom end feeding inlet of classifier with the rising air current under the suction of draught fan and the coarse and fine materials are separated under strong centrifugal force of high-speed rotating stage turbine. The fine particles in accordance with demands of particle size enter the cyclone separator or dust catcher through the blade clearances of classifying wheel. After knocking the wall, the coarse particles together with parts of fine ones descend to the second draught fan along the cylinder wall, and separate the coarse and fine particles through intense panning effect of second draught. The fine particles rise to the classifying area for the second classification and the coarse particles descend to the discharge port and are discharged out.

Property and Features:

Applicable to the fine classification to the micron-grade products by dry process. It can classify sphere, schistose, speculate particle and also particles with different density.

The particle size of graded product may reach D972150um, with infinite adjustment to particle size and is convenient for shift of variety.

The classifying efficiency (extraction ratio) is 60%90%. The better liquidity materials the higher classifying efficiency and vice versa.

Adopting vertical type stage turbine with low rotation speed ,low configuration of system power and is abrasion resistant.

Adopting horizontal type stage turbine device with low rotation speed and accurate peak cutting.

May connect with multilevel classifiers in series and simultaneously produce products with various particle sizes .

May connect with ball mills, vibration mills, Raymond mills in series to compose closed cycle.

Adopting program control system with running state by real-time display and operation is simple and easy.

The system runs under negative pressure with dust discharge not over than 40mg/m3 and noise of equipment not above 75dB(A) through noise control measures.
