Detailed Product Description

Working Principle:

The grinding media (rods, segments or balls) inside the grinding cylinder does intense throw movements, high speed rotation and low speed revolution motions under high frequency vibration of high speed running vibration exciter (or vibration motor), which strongly impacts, rubs, and shears materials scattered among the media and makes the materials super finely pulverized and uniformly mixed.

Property and Features:

Suitable for micron grade pulverizing of various soft and hard materials with Mohs hardness under 7.

Compared with ball mills, jet mills, impact mills and other pulverizing equipments, it has many characteristics such as low investment, energy consumption saving, easy process, and high cost performance.

The particle size of products can be changed by adjusting feeding amount, grade of grinding media, amplitude of vibration. It can be connected with classifiers in series to gain products with even narrow particle size distribution.

The grinding media and lining board may adopt special material such as high manganese steel, stainless steel, Aluminium Oxide, zirconium Oxide and quartz etc. ,which are abrasion resistant and less contaminative.

To pulverize materials with heat sensitivity and low melting point, water cooling or powerful refrigeration method can be adopted.

One machine can fulfill multi purposes. The modification and mixing process can be finished during the pulverizing process.

According to the property of materials, dry grinding or wet grinding can be adopted, and continuous or interval grinding can also be adopted.

It can be custom-made according to GMP requirements for manufacturers of medicine, Chinese herbs, food, and health products or for laboratory use in scientific research institutes.

Adopt air spring or rubber spring to substitute for hard spring to ensure long service life, good effect of vibration reduction and low noise.
