Detailed Product Description
CLI-ND 03 Digital Display Viscometer is used to determine viscosity of paints and other coatings with viscosity indicated in KU value. It indicates KU value and CP value of tested sample by LCD screen.
This viscometer is controlled by microcomputer. The mixing blade is driven by special motor of constant rotation speed at speed of 200 r.p.m.. The resisting torque that the mixing blade rotate in tested sample is converted into a kind of log function of KU value (Krebs) about load that is required to produce 200 r.p.m. rotating speed by computer.It is generally used to indicate viscosity of coatings for brushing and roll painting. This viscometer does weighted calculation and correlative treatments to data, and automatically deletes data deviating from the central area. The operator just needs to put the stirring blade into the tested sample to the specified depth and then directly read the KU value of sample and the correlative load value.
This viscometer is designed according to ASTM D 562 and GB 9269 standards.
