CLI-ND 09 Zahn Cup is designed according to ASTM D4212 and is applicable to determine viscosity of Newtonian or near Newtonian fluids. It is used to rapidly check and adjust viscosity of variety of fluids in workshop, factory, lab or at any site. Before using, please choose proper type of cup to control the outflow time in 20-80secs. It is widely applicable in printing ink and printing industries.

 Dia. of orificed tip may be adjusted with NISTNewtonian oil

Each cup has a loop type handle of 12 long. Hold the handle and immerge the cup into liquid container. The ring in the center of the handle is convenient to keep the cup vertical during measurement.

The result determined by a specified cup should be indicated in Zahn second under specified temperature. Please refer to the following formula to convert Zahn second to centistoke.ASTM D 4212
