Detailed Product Description
This Coater is designed according to national standard GB/T 172 using stainless steel wire with different diameters to wrap on stainless steel bar with a certain diameter and length. To prepare different thickness of paint film making use of the gap between wires.

-High grade abrasive resistance stainless steel is selected for both the bar and wire.
-Extremely suitable for preparing thin paint film such as test of can coating and paper coating.
-It will have ideal effect if applying on soft materials such as paper, cardboard, testing card paper, foil paper, leather and textile etc.
-The maximum thickness of wet film coated is engraved at the end of wire bar.
We mainly supply two diameters of wire bar as below:
Diameter of 10 mm wire bar such as type CLI-SM 06.
Diameter of 9 mm silk bar such as type CLI-SM 07 mainly used in printing ink and printing.
