Working Principle:

Materials are evenly fed in the pulverizing chamber through feeding system and are strongly impacted by high speed rotating driving disk. Meanwhile the materials are receiving multiple integrated forces like rubbing, shearing and collision between impacting hammer and lining board. The pulverized materials move to the classifying area along with airflow and the coarse and fine materials are separated through classifying wheel. Products in accordance with demands of fineness enter the cyclone separator and dust catcher and the coarse materials return to the pulverizing area for the second pulverization.   

Property and Features:

It is suitable for pulverizing tenacious, fibrous, and spongy, high oil and sugar content materials which are difficult to pulverize by ordinary pulverizing machine. It also has very good pulverizing effect to hard and fragile materials.

It combines pulverization and classification into one machine and may produce products with any finished particle size between D50275μ.
