Description

SPRM series ultrafine mill is a new kind of ultrafine mill and designed by adopting the relevant new technology in the world. It ingeniously adopts arc milling track, reasonably uses mechanical principles of collision, roller press and milling based on the structure characteristics of Raymond vertical mill and Lopulco vertical mill. It has the remarkable characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving. This mill integrates pulverization and classification with small floor area and simple process flow. It is widely applicable for ultrafine pulverization of materials with Mohs hardness 4 max in industries of non-metallic mine, chemical engineering, building materials, etc.    

Characteristics

Adopts curved surface pulverizing system consisting of multilayer milling ring and milling roller. The pulverizing process includes collision, strong extrusion and milling to realize dry process efficient ultrafine pulverization.

Integrates pulverization and classification with condense structure, small floor area, and its the shortest production line with the same capacity.

The pulverizing system adopts special steel, small abrasion and long useful time, which effectively ensures the purity of raw materials.

Working principle

SPRM series ultrafine mill adopts dry process pulverizing mode, integrates collision, extrusion, and milling with high pulverizing efficiency ( 2 times higher than ball mill, and 3 times than impact mill) and thin product fineness (finished size may reach d97=5 3μm). It is the newest generation of efficient mill.

Application

Applicable for ultrafine pulverization of materials with Mohs hardness 6 max, such as calcium carbonate, talcum, bauxite, kaolin, diatomite, bentonite, graphite, limestone, calcite, marble, barite, plaster, argil, whiting, dolomite, mica, ledikite, pyrophillite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, alunite, fluorite, phosphate, potassium ore, pumice, etc. Also applicable for red iron oxide, green iron oxide, aluminum hydroxide, dyestuff, paper making, flame retardants, building materials, agricultural chemicals, medicine, foodstuff, health products, etc. Due to the structure characteristics, applicable for pulverization of fibrous materials, such as saw dust, corn stalk, rice hull, herbs, etc.
