3.1 Applicable Scope
3.1.1. Diameter of lid to be 50-180 mm. The machine can be engineered as per users requirement.
3.1.2. Applicable to filling of round metal or plastic cans.
3.1.3. Wet parts are made of SS304.
3.1.4. Applicable to cans with height of 240 mm
3.1.5. The whole machine is composed of eight main parts.
3.1.6. To connect with air source with air pressure ranging from 04 Mpa to 0.6 Mpa.
3.2 Main Features
3.2.1 This machine is controlled by computer programs and integrates machine, electricity and air.(New model is equipped with hydraulic device)
3.2.2. Gravity filling is controlled by timing. Its accuracy is comparatively large with static accuracy below 0.13% and dynamic accuracy below 0.2%. Plunger type filling is more accurate and the precision is controlled below 0.08%.
3.2.3. It can be connected with computer in control center (optional) to realize modernization management.
3.2.4. It is equipped with automatic stop device when detecting breakdown.
